Discover the Whitehorse Nordic Centre trails after the race

With close to 100km of trails, you can spend a full week pre or post race and enjoy our beautiful huts and landscape.

Yukon Ski Camp 
March 10-13, 2025

Bookended between the Yukon Ski Marathon March 8 and the Buckwheat Loppet March 15, this is the perfect retreat to capitalize on your ski technique and fitness. Build your skills while they are strong to see continued progression, rather than restarting every season. Enjoy the festive atmosphere of local ski races - coaches Jess and Bry are doing one of the loppets, and would love for you to join them!

38th Buckwheat International Ski Classic: March 15, 2025

While you are here, head to the famous Whitepass and ski one of the biggest ski loppet in the North.

Organized by our friend from Skagway-Alaska, the Log Cabin ski Society, you will have a chance to take part in a fun and friendly race that as been running for 38 years.

Visit their snow cattle, take a break  in one or all their aid stations and most importantly ski on the path of the 1898 stampeders.
